Lightweight Full Coverage Concealer

Hey friends, happy Monday! Today’s post is all about Lancome’s, Teint Idole Ultra Wear All Over Concealer. I’ve only been using it a few months now, but I’m obsessed. Of course, you all know I love Lancome as a beauty brand. They have the BEST mascara formulas on the market! And now I’m totally smitten with their concealer too.

Generally, I don’t wear concealer mostly because all of the formulas that I’ve tried would settle into the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes leaving it looking dry and cakey. Not the look I was desiring at all. So, a few months ago I reached out to a friend and beauty artist asking for their opinion on concealers for dry skin, and they suggested trying this product by Lancome.

Teint Idole Ultra Wear All Over Concealer

WHAT IT IS: A hydrating, lightweight full coverage concealer that brightens dark under eyes and covers imperfections without creasing or caking.

WHAT IT DOES: Infused with skin-loving ingredients, this multi-use concealer provides up to 24H of hydration and comfort in a natural matte finish. The ultra-blendable formula and precise tip applicator target dark spots, blemishes, and redness without settling into fine lines or creasing. This concealer can be worn on its own or together with Teint Idole Ultra Wear 24H Longwear foundation.

How I use it

Due to the fact that I have super dry skin, I still tend to use this concealer sparingly. However, this formula was developed to be used anywhere on the skin that needs a little attention for redness, dark spots, or under eye dark circles.

I use the precision applicator to dot just a few places under my eyes, around my nose, and anything else that might have popped up overnight. It is very creamy and easy to blend into the skin. I love that it is a long lasting formula, and doesn’t leave my skin looking cakey.

Lots of times I will simply use this concealer and a tinted moisturizer as my foundation. I love that it creates a sheer, but smooth and polished look. Of course, if you are looking for fuller coverage, it is easy to build up this concealer and use a full coverage foundation too.

The End Result

Obviously all the fine lines and wrinkles are still around, but I still love the clean and dewy look that’s created with this concealer.

**Note** I don’t use powder to set my makeup. Unfortunately, my skin is too dry and the powder tends to make it look even more dry.
