Hey friends, it’s been awhile since I brought you a Sephora beauty haul! Today’s list is primarily eye make-up related. It’s funny how everything seems to run out at the same time isn’t it? Also, lately I haven’t been loving the way my eyeliner has been looking, so I needed to freshen that up a bit. I’ve included some ‘new to me’ products that have come highly recommended, so I can’t wait to try them out and let you know what I think!
It’s no good to have a drawer full of beauty products you use one time or you simply don’t love. So I’m here to give you all the details to make informed decisions. My hope is that I can save you time and money when it comes to beauty purchases!
New to me beauty products
Pat McGrath Lab’s Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner- This product and brand is new to me. However, this liquid eyeliner came highly recommended, so I’m willing to give it a try. It is a little pricier than I wanted to pay, however if it actually performs like I’m told, I’ll be super excited.
Lancome’s Teint Idole Ultra Wear All Over Full Coverage Concealer- This product is new to me. I actually asked a make-up artist friend of mine for their recommendation for a concealer for dry skin. It is described as a hydrating, lightweight, full-coverage concealer that brightens the look of dark circles and covers imperfections without creasing or caking. I’ll give you an update in a few weeks!
Tarte’s Double Take Eyeliner-This is another ‘new to me’ product. I have used lots of Tartes products, so I am familiar with the brand, however I haven’t used any of their eyeliners. Truth be told, I’m looking for a super creamy formula that glides on easily. I do generally use both a liquid and pencil eyeliner regularly.
The tried and true beauty products
Sephora Collection Colorful Eyeshadow- These affordable little eyeshadow pots come is an array of shades, including metallics. I especially love color 206 Secret Boudoir because it is a creamy vanilla color and I use it like a base, or wear it alone.
Lancome’s Mini Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancer Mascara Primer- This is my #1 FAVORITE mascara primer. I’ve literally been using it for more than 10 years and I simply haven’t found any other primer that comes close to it. It truly extend and adds volume to the lashes without being clumpy.
Too Faced Mini Better Than Sex Volumizing Mascara- This is another favorite long-time mascara. I’m obsessed with the hourglass shaped wand and the creamy formula goes on smoothly and enhances volume and length immediately.
Lancome’s Hypnose Drama Mascara- Finally, Lancome is a brand I’ve used for 20+ years. They have patented the industries best mascara formulas. So, it’s no surprise that their Hypnose Drama mascara is at the top of my favorites list. I typically love to test out all the new ‘trendy’ brands, but I always come back to this Lancome line of mascaras.
Beauty Bio’s The Pout- Oh how I’ve fallen in love with this lip plumping product! It is formulated using clean ingredients, and actually works. If you want to get the full effect, use a microneedler with a lip attachment prior to applying the plumping gel. It’s CRAZY how full your lips will look! Highly recommend. Well, that’s my list of beauty purchases for now.
