With Valentine’s Day next week, I thought I’d bring you some casual Valentine’s inspired outfits. These styles will be ones you can wear anytime of the season! I’m in love with the bold pink, soft pink stripes, and the red and pink striped button up top here.
I’ve also included my favorite ‘bottoms’ and accessories to complete the outfits!

Bold Pink Sweater & White Shirt & Black Pants
This season we are already seeing the bold pops of color arriving in stores everywhere. This hot pink is the perfect way to look trendy, and ‘happy hearts day’ inspired!
This sweater is lightweight and soft. I sized up to a medium so that I could easily layer it over shirts without a struggle. I love the look of the white button up shirt peeking out at the cuffs and collar. Also, I picked up these black trousers this fall, and they were the BEST purchase I made. They are comfy and have a flowy look to them.
Sizing: The sweater runs true to size. I sized up one size for a roomier fit. The black pants run true to size. The necklace and Kate Spade bag are from my closet and no longer available. I tried to find some similar options to include in their place.
Pink and White Gathered Top & White Wide Leg Pants
Next is this darling pink and white outfit. The top is simply precious with the gathered neckline, bubble sleeve. These white wide leg pants are a closet basic for me! I wear them year round. And did you see the pink loafers??? I ordered a pair of cream loafers from Amazon, but these showed up instead. I guess these were just meant to be…
Sizing: Top runs roomy. It fits true to size. Next, the white wide leg pants from Spanx run SNUG. Size up at least one size. They are very stretchy though. Finally, the pink loafers run large. Size down a half size. (The pink bag is from my closet. I linked some similar options.)
Pink and Red Striped Shirt & Blazer & Vintage Denim
This third look is a FAVORITE of mine! I’m a sucker for a button up shirt, and no one does a button up shirt like J Crew does. I love the pink and red stripes layered under the traditional blazer. Also, I’m wearing my FAVORITE denim. The wash is perfect, and the turned up hem is a classic. Finally, don’t miss the black chunky loafers, and crossbody bag that ties the outfit together.
Sizing: The button up shirt is fitted. I size up one size for a roomy fit. Otherwise, it runs true to size. The blazer runs true to size. I’m linking the denim below, and they run roomy. Size down one size. Lastly, size down a half size on the loafers.

Ruffles & Hearts & Wide Leg Denim
Finally, this white ruffled top with red hearts is just so cute! I don’t typically wear a lot of red, so the tiny red hearts on the white top is perfect.It would be easy to layer underneath a blazer, coatigan, or jacket. I’ve kept it simple by pairing it with these amazing wide leg trousers, black loafers, and tote bag. (Don’t forget a bold red lip for a little added drama!)
Sizing: Top runs true to size. It has functional buttons down the front. Next, the trousers are stretchy, and run true to size. The tote bag is from my closet. I’ve added a couple of similar options below.
