It’s Wednesday and I wanted to feature these sport dresses for workouts, lounging and more from the brand, Cabana Life. This type of clothing has so many titles like sport dresses, exercise dresses, athletic dresses, but it all boils down to these super comfy, and functional clothes you can wear just about anywhere.
These pieces from Cabana Life are lightweight, breathable, dry quickly, are a great length, and have a spf of 50+. They are the perfect choice for those of us that live in really hot, and humid climates!
Also, I have chosen the navy and white combos here, however Cabana Life offers an array of patterns, and colors to choose from with lots of their styles on their website.
Navy Sleeveless Sport Dress
This sport dress is MAGIC. I’ve worn it numerous times and really love everything about it. I love the sleeveless feature, and zipper in the front. It is slightly fitted, so I sized up to a medium for a roomy fit. Personally, I wear a sports bra underneath my dress, but you could easily wear a regular fitting bra. This style doesn’t have the attached shorts underneath it. However, it would be simple to wear a pair of sports/biker shorts if desired. This style does have pockets on both sides.
Here I’ve paired it with a fanny pack and my favorite sneakers, but I’ve also worn it with flip flops, and casual slides to run errands or go to the park or pool. I would not have a problem actually walking on the treadmill or playing tennis in this dress, however I’d add the bike shorts for added coverage.
Navy Sleeveless Sports Top and White Medium Length Skort
Next, I also ordered the navy sleeveless sports top and white medium length skort. I’m evidently having a ‘blue’ moment over here on Lululoves7 currently.💙
The sports top pairs well with this skort or other shorts I will link below. It also has the zipper at the neck, and is somewhat fitted. I was glad I ordered it in a medium as well. Again, I wear my sports bra with it, but you could wear a regular fitting bra if desired. The length is perfect on me. I love that it hits slightly below the hips.
The white medium length skort can also be used for swimming. I was a little concerned about getting the skirt in the white in fear that they would be see through, however with the shorts attached underneath the skirt, there’s not a problem. I ordered it in a medium for a roomy fit. It does have pockets on both sides.
Below I have added my favorite white workout sneakers, fanny pack, and sunglasses. It is a cool and comfortable outfit choice when the temps are soaring!
