These early fall outfits from Target are casual, comfy, and pulled together. Also, they could be a workwear option if you change out the denim for a trouser or pant.
Today I wanted to bring some affordable, but stylish outfits that you’ll want to reach for throughout the season. I’ve added the long cardigan so that as the temps cool down, or if you are in the a/c all day long, you’ll have an easy way to warm up.
Also, these shoes are staple pieces in my closet. The ballet flat is a personal favorite of mine. It is in a neutral color and can be worn with pants or dresses. The braided mule has a little bit of a western vibe, and that little bit of a heel leans itself to a dressier look. Finally, the chunky loafer is going to be super trendy this season! I love this pair with the bit!
Puffed sleeve top and kick flare crops
This is a really simple look. These kick flare denim are everywhere this fall! They run tts, but fit is a little snug. Next is the puffed sleeve button up top. I love this terra cotta color, which is perfect for fall! I’m wearing my regular size here.
Simply add a cardigan and change your shoes
Here I stuck with the original outfit from above. Then I added this chunky taupe sweater and braided mules for a polished style. The cardigan comes in several colors and runs oversized, but stick to your regular size so that you can layer pieces under it easily.
Button down shirt and loafers
This white button down top and loafers is my favorite of the three outfits. There’s just something about the professional look of a button down and loafers! Then I simple added the chunky long cardi in a terra cotta color to warm up the style. The chunky loafer gives the look a slightly modern flare. Perfection.
The button down shirt runs oversized, but stick with your normal sizing. I’m wearing a small here, which is my regular shirt size.
Changing seasons can be tricky! I love using transitional pieces like the long cardigan to help us ease into fall. It’s also fun to start add some inexpensive, yet trendy shoe choices to our closets to usher in the change of weather!
