It’s Friday, and that means it’s officially Memorial Day weekend! Which also means all the great sales have also begun. So I thought I’d share some affordable summer dresses that are casual and in so many great colors and styles! Today I’m featuring all midi and maxi dresses, however I noticed there were plenty of shorter dresses to choose from as well.
Strappy Pink Sundress
I’m loving this strappy pink sundress. The pattern blocking on it is so trendy right now! The light and deep pinks are so summery and girly. The clear block heels and round rattan bag are the perfect accessories for this look.
This style dress is very flowy, and has plenty of room. No waistline means it’s super comfy, and casual! Perfect for a picnic, lunch with the girls, or a stroll in the park.
It also comes in several other colors choices! It was difficult to pick one!
Puffed Sleeve Square Neck Coral Dress
This season all of the bold, bright colors are so trendy! This puffed sleeve square neck coral dress falls into the beautiful and bright category for sure! It is so feminine, and can easily be dresses up, or down depending on the occasion!
It has an empire waistline with smocking at the back, and large ruffle at the hem. Dreamy is the word that comes to mind when I saw this look.
This dress comes in a few colors, and I’d order your regular dress size. The smocking at the back, and empire waistline will make it a little more forgiving so if between sizes, I’d size down one.
Checked Beige Sundress
When I tried on this beige checked sundress in the store, I was immediately in love. Here I’ve layered on all the tans to the look, but it would be so easy to add blues, blacks, or red accessories to this outfit.
This sundress has adjustable straps, and some smocking in the back for a comfortable fit. It runs true to size, but you could size down one size if you wanted a more fitted look.
This style comes in several colors. I loved the blue as well!
Tie Shoulder Pattern Blocking Dress
Just so romantic! This strappy, flowy dress is going to be a summertime favorite! Cool, comfy and beautiful for those really warm summer days and nights!
I simply love the orange and bold pink floral pattern. It ties at the shoulder for the perfect fit, and if very roomy. This style dress runs a little oversized, so order your normal dress size for a roomy fit.
Chic V-Neck Tie Back Sundress
Such an elegant, yet summery look here with the black sundress and rattan accessories! The platform slides, and straw hat give this outfit such a chic feel.
Again, this sundress has an empire waistline, and deep v-neck with a tie in the back. It too is flowy, but not as full in the bodice. It definitely has a column look to it. (LOVE)
This dress runs true to size. If the deep v-neck bothers you, consider wearing a bandeau bra that has some pretty lace on it or a camisole. Personally, I’m a BIG fan of the black and rattan color combo! And this summer straw hats are one of my favorite accessories!
