Now that it’s May let’s talk about a few summer wardrobe must-haves that make pulling a polished look together a snap! A relaxed or casual look is perfect for the season, but that doesn’t mean style needs to suffer. Perhaps simply remembering to add that ‘third’ piece, like this linen blazer, is exactly what your #OOTD requires.
The Complete Look
The Double Breasted Blazer
First of all, this blazer is fully lined and the quality and fit are fabulous. I love the gold button details, and the padded shoulders that gives this blazer a structured and polished look. Even though white and linen are traditionally summer elements, this blazet will get a lot of use since it can be added as the third piece to just about any outfit.
If white and or double breasted blazers aren’t your favorite, I’ve linked some other options that you’d might want to consider!

The Base Layer
Next, let’s talk about the base layer of this outfit. When I saw the blue linen shirt and light washed flares, I had to have them. The light and airy blues are so relaxed and summery. Also, they can be worn separately with other outfits. The blue linen top can be worn as a swimsuit cover up, or over a simple cotton tank with denim cut offs. Also the flared denim can be styled with a tee, tank, or sweater for a more casual summer vibe.
