No Bake Christmas Bark 2021

Hey friends! Today I wanted to bring you a super simple, but totally delicious no bake Christmas Bark. The great thing about this recipe is that you can pretty much tailor it to fit your family’s taste! The second best thing about this treat is that there is no oven or stovetop required.

Ingredients

1 box of Chex Gluten Free Chocolate Breakfast Cereal – 12.8oz

2 bags of Ghiradelli White Premium Baking Chips – 11oz

1 bag of mini pretzels – 8 to 10 oz

1 bag of M&M’s Holiday Milk Chocolate Candies – 10oz

Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts- 8 to 10 oz

One large mixing bowl and spatula

One small microwavable bowl

Parchment paper

Airtight container or large ziplock bag for storage.

*Note: You can change up the ingredients to include your family’s favorite candies, chocolates, cereals, and nuts. It’s fun to get creative.

Instructions

1. Pour the Chex Cereal, mini pretzels, M&M’s, Peanuts into the large mixing bowl, and gently mix together.
2. Empty both bags of white chocolate into the microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute on high until melted. Then stir until the chocolate is smooth.
3. Pour the melted chocolate over the chex mix mixture. Mix the contents until it is completely covered by the chocolate.
4. Pour the mixture out onto parchment paper and use the spatula to even it out to about an inch in height.
5. Allow to cool, or pop it into the refrigerator to cool quickly.
6. Once the mixture is completely cooled, break the bark apart and store in an airtight container, or ziplock container.

This is a great treat to gift to neighbors, take to a holiday gathering, or simply enjoy for family movie night!
