Stripes and Animal Print

This navy and white oversized crewneck tee is perfect for the month of February. The red lips hint of Valentine’s Day. The tee runs oversized, so go with your true size or maybe one size smaller. These straight leg jeans are perfection. They do have some slight distressing at one knee. I’ve added the animal print flats and belt for some texture and interest. Classic Pink and Florals

Give me all things pink! I’m in LOVE with this pink ribbed, boat-neack sweater. It runs true to size, and has a boxy cut to it. I have it front tucked to give a little visual dimension to the look. I’ve kept the same denim in most of today’s looks. They run true to size. In fact, they are roomy, and do seem to grow as the day goes on. Finally, I’ve added these flats from Sam Edelman that will be a staple in my closet through spring. I think I’ll be wearing them with denim, pants, and dresses! Classic Red Floral and Animal Print

Oh how I adore florals! Even as a child, florals were one of my favorite patterns for all sorts of things. This darling button-front peasant blouse runs true to size. It too is a bit boxy, so I have tucked mine here in the photo to add some shape to the look. The denim are the same as earlier, and I’ve kept the cute animal print flats too. Color Blocking with Fun Colors

Yes, you have seen this sweater before! It’s the same style as the pink one I featured earlier, but I loved it in the color blocking as well! So, I had to have it too.? The colors are amazing, and add a little life to a dull winter. Theses are my must-have skinny jeans, and simple brown boots. This is the second pair of this exact bootie I’ve owned. I’ll try to link it or something similar.

Hot Pink Sherpa and Fabulous Sneakers

Hot pink sherpa is that pop of color your closet needs right now! I simply couldn’t resist. It is super warm and soft. I think it could easily be worn with joggers or plain ole denim. But when I found these Lucky Brand sneakers… Y’all! I knew it would be a match made in heaven! Also, the sneakers come in a muted animal print you HAVE-TO see! SOOOO CUTE! Anyway, all pieces featured run true to size.

My Favorite Orangey Red Floral

Okay, this last floral top is a last-minute add-on. I was out shopping. Minding my own business, when it jumped into my shopping cart! I just had to have it because the floral pattern, and peasant style is simply so feminine and romantic. The orangey red color screams ‘spring’ and makes me happy. The straight leg denim came from my closet. So I will link a similar option for you. As are the Kate Spade flats I’ve owned forever. Shoes, Shoes, Shoes

Here are four styles of shoes you will reach for all season long. I believe the black Dr Scholls slip-on sneakers are a closet basic. I wear them year round, and this is my second pair that I own. Highly recommend! All of these styles are very reasonably priced, and are a great seasonal addition to your closet. We have to do something to liven up these drab winter days!

My ‘Go-To’ Lippies

Since reds are always tricky, I wanted to include the two I wear regularly. MAC Cosmetics D For Danger is a bluish red. It has those winey/burgundy deep tones to it. Where as the Maybelline Super Stay Ink Crayon in Laugh Louder is a true orangey red. There are so many shades of red it can be a bit overwhelming. So both of these shades are good basic shades you could wear year round.

Also, I am sharing my go-to neutral pink by, Charlotte Tillbury called Pillow Talk . I believe it will become an iconic color. It is truly a cult favorite. I know I worn mine consistently for 12 months. Furthermore, I want to introduce you to my new favorite true pink by the clean beauty brand, Vapour .
