Hello friends! Today we’re going to take a look at five fresh looks that will carry you seamlessly all the way through spring! We know that the weather from now through the end of April and May can be a bit inconsistent. It may fluctuate between being cold one minute to full-on sunshine and 80 degrees the next. So, the best thing to do is to layer your looks or keep a cardi on hand for the ever-present temperature swing! Talk about moody! #AmIRight
No worries though! Target has some super cute and affordable options to keep you looking fresh, trendy and comfortable.
The Classic Look
I like to refer to this look as the “classic” casual outfit. I’m totally in love with this distressed denim (these jeans are also available without the distressing), v-neck tee which comes in multiple colors, and textured long cardigan. Adding a trendy belt, cute slides and a large tote immediately upgrades the ensemble. It is a casual, yet pulled-together look. You could wear it shopping, to lunch with the girls, or to an after school activity for the kids.
The Femmine Floral Look
Next, this strappy floral jumpsuit (comes in several colors) can be worn so many ways. Here I’ve styled it with a short sleeve white tee, a pink bag (btw I carry this purse all the time), and easy blush ballet flats. Generally, I’m not a big jumpsuit lover. However, this one fights right in all the right places! It’s not too short or long in the inseam and has a flirty wide-leg. This could be worn to any fun outing with friends, kids’ activities or dinner out with the family. Simply add a denim jacket for those cooler nights! I’m also loving this jumpsuit because you can wear it without the tee during the summer with sandals or as a bathing suit cover-up! Brilliant!
The Spring Green Look
Also, puffy sleeves are trending this spring, you guys! I’m not one to wear green often, but when I saw this darling ruffled wrap top( I could only find the plus size linked online), I had to have it! I paired it here with the distressed denim, however, a white pant would be so cute for brunch with the family on a Sunday! Dress it up or down; you are a winner!
The Let’s Just Chill Look
I’m always looking for a great pair of sweats for running to the store or errands around town! Just the other day, I wore these sweat pants, and a white tee and denim jacket to the dentist’s office to get my teeth cleaned! Why not be comfy when doing all the things? I’ve paired these sweat pants and shirt with a pair of easy slip-on sneakers. Heaven! Grab your oversized tote for all the goodies, and you’re set for the day!
The Lovely Lounge Wear Look
Finally, I’ve saved the best for last! I’m not kidding either! This jumpsuit is to die for! It is SUPER soft and fits perfectly! I love the drawstring waist, v-neck, and jogger-style bottoms! I added this lovely lacey bralette and my slides. However, you could easily wear a pair of sneakers and a crossbody bag for a sporty look! Add a denim jacket or long cardigan for those cooler days! This is totally one of my favorite looks!
